Food was hot and delicious. Fried rice was cooked very well. My server Billy was so fast and really great at making sure my cup was never empty. The interior of the restaurant is very clean and well kept. Great experience at the Red Dragon Bistro. Thank you Billy!

Red Dragon Chinese Bistro was yummy. From the outside the restaurant doesn't look the best but it is worth the visit. The hot and sour soup was so delicious and I enjoyed it a lot. I got the general Tso chicken and that it was ok. I'll try the orange chicken next time. Ever time I've been here I thought the service was always good.

When we first saw the place from the outside, we weren't really sure what to expect. I am glad we gave it a try. Once inside, the ambiance was calm, and it looked very clean. The service was excellent. It was kind of cold at the table where they sat us, and the waitress immediately noticed and asked us if we wanted to move. The food was fresh and delicious. The portions were great. We had the walnut chicken and the pon pon chicken with ham fried rice, and they did not disappoint. Would highly recommend it.

We decided to get takeout from here on New Year's eve. This was the first time I had ordered food from this restaurant. I knew it would be busy since it was a holiday and the wait was about 1.5 hours, but they were clear about the unusually long wait, so I planned for it. Typically if it's not a holiday you're not going to wait this long for takeout. The restaurant was very busy which is always a good sign. The staff were very friendly, thanked everyone for their order and wait. We ordered the chicken lo mein, Walnut shrimp, and potstickers. I have not had good luck finding a decent Chinese restaurant south of Salt Lake and I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was here. I'm glad I decided to order from this restaurant and this is a place I will definitely come back to when I am in the mood for Chinese. All of the food tasted fresh there was plenty of chicken in the lo mein the potstickers were great, and the walnut shrimp is as good as a high-end restaurant I've gone to elsewhere in Utah. Give them a try you won't be disappointed.

They have the best pon pon chicken I've ever had. The sauce is sweet and garlicy and has a little bit of spice to it, it's so good. The meat is all white meat and you get a decent amount. I ordered this with ham fried rice ($1 extra to get ham fried rice). I personally think that the rice is a little dry and on the harder side. I like fluffy rice and theirs seems like they need to cook it in more water or something. I also didn't think the rice had a lot of flavor, so I added soy sauce to spruce it up. The pon pon chicken is definitely the star of the dish! I would come back and order just an order of that!
